1. Introduction

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register an account on 7ccc, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and for the entire duration that your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 7ccc or any self-exclusion programme that covers the 7ccc Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of 7ccc, nor a close family member of any such person, unless prior written authorisation has been obtained from 7ccc management.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Submitting false information — including false age, false identity, or false payment details — constitutes immediate grounds for account closure and balance forfeiture.

7ccc reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point in accordance with Section 3 below. Registration does not guarantee continued access; 7ccc may decline or revoke any account at its sole discretion where eligibility conditions are not met.

3. Account Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain exactly one active account on the 7ccc Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether using a different name, email address, device, mobile number, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 7ccc will close all accounts associated with the individual. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and any winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be voided.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

7ccc may require identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected. Verification documents typically requested include a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, and may also include proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 7ccc will never contact you to request your password. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether authorised by you or resulting from a compromise of your credentials — is your responsibility until you notify 7ccc of the security breach via [email protected]. Upon receiving such notification, 7ccc will take steps to secure your account as promptly as practicable.

3.4 Account Currency

All 7ccc accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to represent BDT amounts. 7ccc does not charge currency conversion fees for BDT accounts. If a payment provider applies conversion charges at their end, those charges are outside 7ccc's control and are the player's responsibility.

4. Deposits

7ccc accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Processing time: Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your 7ccc account balance in real time or within a maximum of 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution.

• Verification requirement: Your account must have completed the applicable KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending document submission.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM BST) are typically processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours for mobile wallet withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 BST business days.
• Wagering requirement compliance: Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal request can be processed. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit to the account, or to a verified payment method registered in the same name as the account holder.

6. Betting Rules

• Bet acceptance: A bet is accepted and confirmed only when a bet confirmation reference number is issued by the Platform. Bets placed during a system error or technical fault may be voided at 7ccc's discretion.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. 7ccc is not liable for odds that change between the time you view them and the time your bet is confirmed.
• Void bets: 7ccc reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a pricing error, data feed error, or where the outcome of the event has been manipulated or is the subject of a sports integrity investigation.
• In-play betting: In-play markets are offered on a best-efforts basis. Live odds updates depend on data provider feeds. 7ccc accepts no liability for delays or inaccuracies in live data that result in a bet being placed at odds that do not reflect the true state of play at the time of acceptance.
• Maximum winnings: 7ccc reserves the right to impose maximum single-event and daily winnings limits. These limits apply per account and may vary by sport, market type, and bet amount.
• Event postponement & cancellation: If a cricket match or other sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules published for that sport and market. Where no specific rule applies, bets will be voided and stakes returned.

11. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. • Loss of funds due to unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

• Errors or inaccuracies in data feeds provided by third-party sports data providers that affect odds calculation or in-play betting markets.
• Any game malfunction or disconnection in third-party game content beyond the return of the affected stake as described in Section 7.

Nothing in these Terms limits 7ccc's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. 7ccc's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 7ccc account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Privacy & Data

7ccc collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://7ccc.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during account registration and platform use — including name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and betting history — is used to administer your account, verify your identity, process transactions, comply with applicable legal obligations, and deliver a personalised platform experience. 7ccc does not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, and game content providers strictly as necessary to deliver Platform services.

14. Amendments to These Terms

15. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following:

Any available balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after satisfying any outstanding wagering requirements and deducting any applicable fees or charges owed to 7ccc.
